3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Photo Upload and Usage Rights
By uploading photos to our Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the uploaded photos or have obtained proper authorization
- The photos do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- The photos are of yourself or you have explicit consent from the person(s) depicted
- You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating AI headshots and providing our services to you.
5. AI-Generated Content and Ownership
The AI-generated headshots created through our Service are provided to you for your personal and commercial use. While you may use these images freely, we retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data for improving our AI models and services. We do not claim ownership of the final generated images provided to you.
6. Payment Terms and Refunds
Payment for our services is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Pay all charges incurred under your account
- Accept that all sales are final unless otherwise specified
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service for:
- Creating deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- Generating images for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
- Violating any person's privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent our security measures
- Reverse engineering our AI technology or algorithms

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and uploaded photos.
9. Service Availability and Modifications

We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
